Everdry Waterproofing should be called Neverdry

Save yourselves! Don't let them in your house! We were high-pressured into signing a contract by their salesman (BIG discount TODAY only.) Salesman made lots of promises and told us NEVER to Drylock the interior walls.

So we sign 16,000 dollar contract. They install their worthless system. Our walls are now wetter than ever any time it rains. We've had them back too many times to count to seal pipes that were supposed to have been sealed, replace torn plastic lining trenches, and why we STILL have wet walls, the reason we called them in the first place. Entire staff has no memory of what the last appointment was about. They are always 1-2 hours LATE or forget the appointment altogether. They will not refund our money. They want us to Drylock our walls now. Their salesman said NEVER do this. Why should we have to do ANYTHING at all when we've paid them $16,000? Remember---Everdry of Hilliard-----it's NEVER DRY. Good luck finishing your basement after they're done! This never-ending headache has gone on for over a year now. I'm convinced they're incapable of drying out ANY basement. They just like to take your money and run on to find the next fool.

I completely agree. The area where I had the problem in the first place is STILL not dry and it's been almost a year since I've had this done. It was 85 degrees yesterday and hadn't rained all weekend and my basement, only in the problem area, was wet. Plus, they destroyed my ladscaping and two of my large bushes had died. The sales person (Tracey McGinnis) assured me me that they've given gift certificates to garden centers in the past when this happens. So I called, got a VERY rude manager from "Production" and he told me they never give gift certificates. And that if the sales person (Tracey McGinnis for those of you in the Milwaukee, WI area) who promised me the gift cert would have to "give it to me out of her own pocket". I said that it was only 2 bushes and that $100 should cover the cost to replace them at the same size and that $100 to replace what they wrecked was nothing compared to the 18,000 I paid them. to which the "Production Manger" responded with "we have a lot of people that pay $18,000." How arogant. I run my own company and would never think of saying that to my customers. They are nice before you pay, but good luck getting them to do anything after they have your money. This company is a joke.
