However, after repeated efforts to contact the store via telephone, I was told today that the order wouldnt be delivered until the end of October. The representative also mentioned that when they write 4 weeks on the receipt it normally takes 8-12 weeks. I tried talking to representatives at the Corporate office who also had the same attitude that I could either wait or cancel the order. Week after week it was a new story from them about why it hadn't arrived. Finally two days before XMAS the couch was supposed to be delivered, but no chairs. While spending hours waiting after they were supposed to arrive I called the BBB, heard about the many complaints. I then called the chair manufacturer in Indiana who told me the store had never even ordered my chairs, despite paying an $800 down payment 12 weeks earlier. After receiving the couch, I tried to cancel the chairs, since they were never ordered, the delivery man refused to leave my house, demanded more money for the chairs from us, while his boss cursed at him over his nextel to take the couch back. I finally called the police to remove the delivery man from my property. No one should buy anything from this store.
