Buffalo Wild Wings gone awry

Dinning Experience Buffalo Wild Wings 8188 Day Creek Blvd # 140 Rancho Cucamonga, Ca 91739 US buffalowildwings.com I heard good reviews of this place from fellow co workers and so I decided to give it a try. I went to celebrate a birthday with a co worker. Our waiters name was Abraham. He was prompt in taking our orders but we would later find out they were mistakes on several of them. Abraham did not bring out my appetizer as ordered, it was sent back and I waited for 20 minutes for it to be brought out again. The Restaurant was not busy so I did not understand why it took a long time. Abraham did not apologize for the delay or even suggest another appetizer be ordered while the original appetizer was being corrected. Manager Shawn came to the table and was more worried about who was going to pay for a dish that was consumed. It was an inappropriate gesture coming from a manager to question the integrity of dining guests in the presence of all diners. If any question exists it is brought up at the end when the check is presented. He then insulted by giving me a $5 gift certificate and not showing a sincere apology to go along with it. The food is great but more importantly it is the level of hospitality given which makes dining experiences enjoyable. When my order finally came out I did not consume it and told Abraham I did not want it anymore, the rest of my party had already finished dining. So at the end of the evening I went home hungry and extremely disappointed. I will never visit this establishment ever again and I will make sure I express my dissatisfaction about this location in any avenue possible. Be it vocally to co workers or seminars I preside over in regards to providing exceptional customer service and may I add these seminars are well attended by at least 100 people. I suggest they place more emphasis on Customer service and not the bottom line. Stop the world! Of all things, this guy goes through the trouble of majorly complaining about a simple, human mistake? I hate jackasses like this... "The Restaurant was not busy so I did not understand why it took a long time." Well, golly, if one doesn't understand, one should obviously revert to simple-minded assumption, by all means. Be sure to assume that everyone is out to ruin his day, with great intent and deliberation. Seriously, did everyone see this guy come in the door, and decide to slow his service down? And, why the hell would this server offer another appetizer to eat while he waits for his re-make? Does he think the second appetizer would magically appear before the first? My ass, you "preside" over exceptional customer server seminars... work a day in a restaurant.... deal with jerks like yourself... you couldn't hang. You gotta love the fact this guy eats the damn appetizer, and only then, lodges his indignant 'complaint'. Further, he then sulks and refuses his entree. Retard. I have a great idea where he can stick his new Gift Certificate. A mistake with an appetizer, and he tries to ruin careers. I back the restaurant over this self-important, arrogant piece of crap. The manager felt that it was reasonable to ask that it be paid for since it was consumed, and a replacement appetizer was delivered as well. Others at the table were appologetic about this customer's behavior, adding "he does this all the time." We have attempted three times to contact this customer by phone and have received no return call.
