ATHOMEREWARDS

I am wondering why this company is being allowed to take advantage of people!! I have not used my debit card for 3+ months and when I recently checked my transactions there were 2 charges in one day for $14.94 from athomerewards. I do not know how they received any of my info and when called they could not give me a logical explanation but instead tried to get me to keep their services and did not want to refund my account. I see this as them committing fraud.
