worst customer service

hi

i called airtel customer care in regards to my issue.The agent could not resolve my issue,so i aasked him to transfer my call to floor supervisor,i explain my concern to supervisor but soon after listening to me he released the call.im nt understanding if they are nt interestd in resolving concerns then why customer care is formed.this is the i always face with airtel customer care agent and supervisor
