Why have a timeshare if you can't use it?

I have had this sime share since 2002 and I have used it every year without any problem. Last year couldn't use it at all because of renovations. This year you have to book 9 months in advance, and I still can't get a reservation. They have oversold. I can't get any one to talk to me. I can't get through to reservations.

I have had the timeshare for a number of years - started out OK, and has gotten worse every year, to the point it is NEVER AVAILABLE to the Owners!! They have oversold the number of weeks (rooms x 52) and Continue to do so!!

They want the maintenance and hound you until it is paid, then they do not want to know you when you try to book the Timeshare!!

If it looks like a Crook, Smells like a Crook - it's a CROOK!!

Don't Purchase a timeshare from the Manhattan Club! After being told I have to book 9 months in advance, I discover that by 9:33 of the first day available for booking, no units are available. This is a very bad timeshare, and I would advise anyone interested to look elsewhere.
