JCPenny Whitemarsh Delivery Failure

I just waited 6 hrs, on a Saturday night, on a holiday weekend,for delivery of a bed that never came. I am so pissed off I think my head will explode. Not only do I want a full refund, and I wouldn't want that bed even if it was free, I want to be compensated for all of this wasted time and frustration.
