UPS DELIVERY

UPS US UPS.COM I have found UPS to be unreliable since they have cut back on delivery trucks due to fuel prices. Drivers are working more hours trying to deliver twice as much as before. My deliveries are being made at 8:00 PM in the evening to a resident address verus 3:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon before the change. More of my deliveries are being rescheduled with new dates as the shipment progresses thru their system. This is known as please the share holder and to hell with the customer. there question is how do we help decrease our cost to show a better profit. This will catch up to them when times are good again and they don't have a large enough customer base. The number of complaints will mount and and customers will switch over to other carriers as time goes on. Online sellers will give customers a numbers of carriers to use as there shipper. It's a shame to see a Company due this to us. Costs are high enough for shipping and then not get the goods on time. Packages to big or tired drivers using excusses such as signature required when they are not needed only to get there truck back to there terminal before they close. The department of labor or transportation will be looking into overtime hours as customers get wise to the situation. My advise to anyone or everyone complaining, write or call your online vendors to get them to change carriers. UPS seems to think they have the market to be able to do whatever they want. I peronnally will only use online venders that give me a choose or do not use UPS. We are the only ones that can make a difference. Trying to talk directly to UPS is not the way, you will only waste your time.
