Progressive settlement rip off

After having totalled my mint black Cadillac Eldorado, these shysters refuse to pay for car rental, nor will they pay for hardly more than half the replacement value of the car. The car was in mint perfect condition but will only pay for what they say is a car in average condition. They intentionally left items off the list like the leather interior and new Eagle tires so as to reduce the payout. Stanley Redmond is the guy on the scene who didn't seem to know what he was doing and the guy on the phone kept getting his figures mixed up like he was talking about two different cars.

My experience, so far is that the company is populated by newbie amateurs. The guy on the phone, had a nyah, nyah, nyah attitude on the phone daring me to try something else. So here I am, trying something else. Progressive is a tiny bit cheaper but they can afford to be when they only pay cents on the dollar. They say the car is totally destroyed yet they want me to pay $1000 to keep it! They're not paying storage charges on the car either. Pay you half for your car and charge you double for a rental car!

The Attorney's General will be lining up for these guys!
