Poor customer service

Called Sunrise Service to come out to repair an air conditioning unit. The technician stated to my tenants that the unit needed a new thermostat which would require replacement. After repairing, Technician advised tenants that AC unit would work but give it sometime. My tenants waited for the following day. AC unit did not work. Another technician came out and said other things needed to be repair charging additional amount totaling more than $500.00. The first technician should have noticed all the problems and had it either explained, noted, or correctly fixed without my tenants being subjected to more than 100 degree temperature. I called and complained to the manager about my concern, he stated that it was going to cost me anyway and that his company repair lots of units. If I knew it would have cost me more than it should, I would have looked for a more reputable company. I felt lured in with a bottom price and then subject to more money. Just be aware with this company. I will not use this company again.
