After months of calling, I was finally told just a few days ago (july 28) that I can no longer use rainchecks or coupons at food lion in ayden, nc because although they are legitimate, i have too many! I am causing them to lose money! They say they have the right. All rainchecks are legitimate with no expiration date. How am I causing them to lost money when they wrote the rain checks to me! What a bunch of bull! I have been calling them about once a weeks since I was denied using a raincheck back in May. Many times I was sent to risk management who in turn had no idea what to do! Several times even customer service could not find the complaint. Many times customer service would agree to call me back with a response in which they never did. I left messages for the manager at the store and never got called back either.
