Gateway Notebook Computer Gateway Computers 40104 D Industry Drive East Fife, WA 98424 US I purchased a Gateway Notebook computer from Best Buy in Denton TX in March. Several months into using it, it went into a default start up and a tutorial came on the screen stating that it will repair the problem but insted it crashed. I took it to Best Buy and they said that problem was not under warenty and charged me $139.00 to restore only back to factory setings, I lost all my entries. Since than it it keeps defaulting on start up but now repairs itself. This happens every 4th start up. I called Gateway and they said they would send me a repair disk cost $20 for shipping Fedx. I checked fedx and shiping 4 days was $6. It took 6 days to get hear. The $14 extra that Gateway charged me would be the cost of the disk they sent me to repair their faulty computer. Very disapointed in Best Buy (Worst Buy)for not standing behind their products they sell and Gateway for not replacing the computer but charging me to repair it for them with a disk. I will not shop either Bad Buy or Skateaway ever again.
