Digital Cable Comcast Cable US My On Demand has not worked for 6 days I called customer service and they had me unplug and plug in the box, sent a signal and told me it would work in 24 hours. It didn't, I called back they told me the same thing but that it would work in a half hour. It didn't, so I demanded that they send a tech out and credit me on my bill. They tried to sell me additional channels that they were promoting and sent a tech out that didn't test anything just listened to my problem, said I need a new box but he didn't have any with him. The worse service I've experienced so I'm switching to Verizon.
