Awesome Auger

Awesome Auger Awesome Auger 355 Byrd Avenue Neenah, Wi 54956 US Based on the advertisement we had seen on TV and that we had previously ordered something that Billie Mays was advertising, we ordered the Awesome Auger. In the commercial it showed and Orange Cordless Drill, stated that you get two augers, an extension and a weed whacker (which for us was the most important, for this was to be a gift to Cancer Victim friend of ours)attachement....all for just $19.95 plus shipping and handling. They got only the $19.95 correct, there was no extension, no weeding attachment and the third auger they advertised was not there either, as for the drill that was shown in the original advertisement the only one we did receive was a corded drill. To make matters even worse the shipping and handling was $33.95, more than the items advertised and ordered. When we called the customer service department all we got was a giant run around. We were told that if we wanted the other two items there was an additional charge, and for the drill the cordless drill was also extra. When we inquired about the items we did receive they told us they would not pay for any returns that we would have to pay for it ourselves. Talk about adding insult to injury. We will be contacting our attorney regarding this matter and also contacted my credit card company to put this billing in dispute.
