repair of suzuki fiero motorcycle

i had given my motorcycle suzuki fiero for repair to auth service centre of suzuki , kiran komercials , raniganj , secunderabad on 09 june 2008 . the veh required crank case replacement and as per the officials they have placed the order for the same to be delivered from factory in chennai . today it is 30 july 2008 but the veh has not been repaired , i even wrote complaints to the company but no answer , i spoke to the manager of the service centre and also to the area manager, but the only reply i get is "sir the order has been placed, but the part is not available,please give us 3 days" and this has been going on since past 2 months .. i dont know what to do and am facing a serious conveyance problem ... please help me to gat my veh repaired
