Wrong Items Shipped, No Response From Vendor

I ordered a Boss 748 BI car stereo. They sent a Boss 745 BA instead, a much cheaper unit with almost no features. When I called they said it was the replacement and they did not show the 748 BI listed as available - but it is still on their web site. This unit sells for 2/3 the cost of the unit I ordered. When I said I wanted to return it, they hung up on me, then they blocked my phone number so I can't call them on my cell. But other phones work fine. They won't answer emails, take phone support or call back to resolve. If anyone has this guys address, send it to me. I only live a few miles from his town of business and will happily pay him a one-on-one and I WILL GET THIS RESOLVED then. I called them today on another phone to ask for return authorization. They hung up on me and blocked that phone number so when I call it states the mailbox is full like my cell phone. I call on another phone, it isn't blocked but they don't answer.
