We purchased a Husqvarna embroidery machine and the 4D Extra software package at this store. We told the salesperson several times that we needed to be able to import a graphics file and convert it to an embroidery file. Either by design or by accident, the salesperson misrepresented the capabilities of the 4D Extra package and ensured us that it would fulfill our needs.

After several attempts to import several graphics files, we went to the store for help. The salesperson was also unable to import the files. We contacted the manager of the store and Husqvarna Viking and were told that what we were trying to do was not within the capabilities of the 4D Extra package.

The store refuses any type of refund. The only recourse they offered was an initial credit of $299 on the $800 4D Extra that would be applied to the $2,200 purchase price of the 4D Pro software.

We contacted the Better Business Bureau. They attempted contact with the store three times and did not receive a response.

We resolved this issue and finally received a full refund.

We requested a copy of the store's business license from the township to obtain the owner's phone number and address (after asking the manager to put us in contact with him several times).

After several conversations with the owner, he finally agreed to give us a full refund.
