Verizon Sucks!

DSL Verizon US I needed to end my DSL/phone service in 2 weeks on Aug. 11. Verizon ended my service 2 weeks early and there is no way to change the order. I have spent at least 5 hours on the phone talking to people in Spain,India and the US trying to change THEIR mistake. What idiots & a waste of time!
