Purchased a set of garden furneture from there sale person on the 7/5/08 it is now the 30/7/08 and I am still waiting for the correct items to arrive. Have tryied to phone but nobody picks up, have sent a number of e mails had some replyies, but still not received the item I purchased.

I also purchased a set of garden furniture on the 18/05 08. It was delivered on the 2nd week of June minus seat pads (and the parasol was broken). These then took 2 weeks to arrive. One of the pads was faulty, and the replacement parasol was the small one not the large one with the crank arm on. It then took me a week to get through to someone. It has now been 3 weeks since I reported the faulty items and 3 times I have been told that they are on there way to me, but still nothing!! Getting hold of someone on the phone is almost impossible.
