QVC & Lifetime Warranty

My husband has called QVC at least 5 times & recieved a different response each time. One CS said they's check records, one said "no problem, it's a lifetime warranty", another said replacement pans have been shipped.The last time, she more or less said "too bad". I do not have/keep warranties after a few yrs.Does QVC really think a man in his 70's is looking to get new pans? I'm done dealing with QVC & do think Michael George needs to do some weeding out of the CS dept. Patricia/Larry Cullins
