Poor A/C Repair Service

I've paid $300 to this contractor to fix an A/C problem (one room is not cold enough). He gave wrong advice about needing to reroute the ductwork. I ended up spending more than $100 in parts and redo the ductwork and now the room is hotter than before.

I've called him a few times and now he's avoiding me.
