Capel Seabreeze Collection Palms Redwood Rug RugsUSA.com New York, NY US rugsusa.com Ordered 2 rugs (1 small, 1 large). Rec'd small rug within a week. Waited days later to call and ask about the large rug. Customer rep said it was backordered and wouldn't be available for 3 months. I cancelled the order right then. Rep said I should expect a refund by end of the week (4 days later). I waited a week - no refund issued to credit card. Called customer service again. Same rep told me merchant had not rec'd cancellation order so he resent it. Said I could expect my refund by end of week (3 days later). Checked my credit card account and still no refund. Waited another week before I filed a dispute with credit card company. It's been a month since I cancelled the order and still no refund from RugsUSA.com. They owe me $312 because my credit card statement already closed and I paid the full amount.
