LENNOX HEATPUMP HP-26-030 STANLEY COOPER 1525 LINDEN AVE WILLOW GROVE, PA 19090 US Purchased heat pump new from Stanley Cooper on Nov 29, 2004. Paid over $4000. Unit only lasted 3 1/2 years, failed in June 2008. Lennox provided new unit that was inferior in efficiency ratings. Stanley Cooper installed in less than 2 1/2 hours and charged over $1000 in labor and $100 in parts. Also charged $234 to come out to diagnose. I would not recommend Lennox products and am disappointed in Stanley Cooper.
