FRIDG PURCHASED AND INSTALLED BY LOWES WITH ALSO PURCHASED AT SAME TIME WAS STEEL HOSE FOR WATER/ICE MAKER. HOSE WAS PAID FOR BUT NEVER WAS INSTALLED. HOSE LEAKED CAUSING MOLD TO FORM THROUGH WALL AND UNDER CARPET IN ROOM ON OTHER SIDE OF CARPET. WAS REPORTED TO LOWES 7/19/08. I EVEN CONTACTED CORP. (LOWES) BY PHONE AND HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING. LOCAL LOWES PASSES THE BUCK TO DELIVERY COMPANY. AS OF 7/30/08 NO ONE FROM LOWES HAS DONE ANYTHING TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
