Credit Card Company Capital One US capitalone.com 1. 4 weeks ago I registered a lost card notice. They were to send a replacement. 2. I asked that the replacement be sent to an alternate address in Canada (Summer home) They would only send to my US address, then it would presumably be forwarded by USPS. 3. I called to follow-up only to learn that they did not send the card and will now send another. 4. They sent me an e-mail notice with my statement info (zero, since I haven't had a card for a month), and in that notice told me to check my e-mail address in my profile because they couldn't send me messages about security. Same address they used for the statement notice!! Why do I have a credibility problem with Capitalone? 4. I really hate it when companies don't take care of their responsibilites 5. I also dislike speaking with off-shore representatives who seem not to have total comprehension and lack some skill with the language, as well as being hard to understand.
