AVOID FIRST AMERICAN WARRANT AT ALL COSTS

Wall Oven First American Home Warranty US Customer service is something that First American Home Warranty knows nothing about. It is true that they have people who answer the phone for them after customers have been on hold for 30 minutes (on average), but once the 1st Amer. people answer the phone, they listen and pretend to care, but then nothing is done. I filed my claim for a broken wall oven on May 29. People, it is JULY 30, and I STILL DO NOT HAVE A WALL OVEN!!!! What am I doing wrong? I am so furious at this company.
