refinancing loan

I am being financed through Chase. I applied for refinancing and it was accepted because i have a clean credit history. Later the underwriter says that she cannot give it to me because I am on an H1B visa and not on Green Card or a Citizen.

Later another Customer service person tells me that it is a privilege to be in America!! Wow so much for treating people well and without discrimination.

We pay as much taxes as any other perosn in this country. We follow rules as they are and pay our bills on time. And what do we get in return? this!!
