ISSUE OF NOC RELATING TO CREDIT CARD LOAN ( CARD NO. 4129034890062117 )

Dear Sir,

I have taken a loan of rs. 18000/- from the standered charted bank on 29th dec 05 @ 12% reducing having EMI of Rs. 1626/- P.M. for 12 month. I have made all the payments timely as per terms and conditioned mention in the senction letter total amount due was 19512 and I paid 19800 the excess amount of rs. 288/-. Now the bank representative harassing me telephonically for the outstanding of rs. 19000/-. Also they have put my name in fraud list in banking sector and not providing me the NOC also. I m failed to understand why such type of tactics are being used by such a reputed bank to harass a innocent and honest citizen.

You need to put all the detail in a quite proper manner to get the advise properly.

When did you take the loan; what was the mode fixed by the bank.....were the payments made as per the norms OR?? Was there any delayed payment??

Kindly put all this details in brief to have a proper resolution.
