Prepaid Services - Call Divert Swaraj Pandit K-5/C Saket New Delhi 110017 INDIA NEW DELHI, DE 110017 IN I had registered a complaint (Request # 1136390358)with regarding the call divert problem.I was told to get the SIM card replaced. I did that. Still there was no resolution. Post that I was told to register the complaint again with the Vodafone. "N" number of follow ups with them have resulted in no resolution till date. This speaks about pathetic customer service of VODAPHONE for which they are pumping millions in advertisement. Will Somebody in the services wake up ?
