Need Help urgent regarding complain site for indian oil gas connection & delivery related

Hi,

I have took Indian oil connection from sheela agency, J. P. Nagar,

Bangalore. Booking gas connection only it take 21 days and they deliver

after 15 days from booking, from last two month they are delivering

around two months and when I asked why it is delayed, they say it is

rule made recently and many times I have seen they sale it private.

Please guide me where I can register my complain. My father having

cancer and he need food & medicine on time and because of delay in gas I

am facing lot of trouble. Even I request, they shout on me and without

explaining anything they close the phone. There is only one agency who

is delivering in our area(Bannerghatta road, Bangalore). Please guide me

what to do and where I can put my concern.
