Gateway Computer is the Worst

I have had a 3 month battle with Gateway during which time I have had to reformat my drive 6 times, have a tech come to my house to replace the hard drive and ship the computer to TN twice, once for a new mother board and once where they did nothing!!!! and it still does not work.

The many techs I have spoken to or emailed do not care at all about customer service or satisfaction. Despite the fact that I bought an extended warrantee, they have not resolved the matter and it seems do not intend to.

The problem is that the original Gateway has been carved up and sold in pieces, and none of the entities care.

I could go on and on with the outrageous stuff they have done, but suffice it to say, if you ignore this and buy a Gateway, you will get what you deserve.
