Double Billing an account

Because McAfee uses an email address as an account number when I changed email addresses they started to bill my anti-virus software two times a year. I noticed it this year (June) when I received a bill that I also paid in Jan. They refunded this money to me because of their mistake. When I researched my credit card I noticed they did the same last year but because it was more than 60 days ago they would not return this money because of their policy not because they made an error.
