Phone and TV Comcast US www.comcast.com Comcast gave use a multi-product discount of 20 dollars which they failed to apply to our bill. After receiving the wrong, bill, we called their billing department who told us to wait for a correct invoice. After sending us a second incorrect invoice, we called again, and again they said wait until we send you the correct bill. Now they're calling us telling us that we're over due, after they told us to wait for the correct bill. Not only that, the woman on the line was extremely rude and unresponsive. She told us that we are "credited" with the 40 dollars that was erroneously charged to us. And that they will not be sending us a correct invoice. And she cannot say that if they even fixed the issue at all. For all we know, the next bill, they'll be charging use 20 dollars extra again. We will gladly pay the correct amount, but Comcast has yet to deliver a correct amount based on the contents of our contract.
