I work in a pharmacy and our supplier does not have any to ship to us. The guy on the phone was HORRIBLY rude. Right away he starts off with a bad, snappy attitude, who does that? What kind of customer service belittles a possible client? He told me I was "poor competition." Tried to make me feel like garbage. I said, "sir, you need to chill out," and he replies, "WE don't need to do anything you say." By that time I was laughing, I couldn't believe it. I told him I was recording this conversation and he says, "we're glad we are too," BANG. Hangup. I'm still cracking up at this guy. Maybe he hates his job? humm. All I wanted was a name of someone who does service for oxygen concentrators. This person didn't "crack me up", but I agree, he needs to "chill". Indeed, he was, as you said, RUDE.
