So, called about ordering a portable nebulizer. I work in a pharmacy and our supplier does not have any to ship to us. The guy on the phone was HORRIBLY rude. Right away he starts off with a bad, snappy attitude, who does that? What kind of customer service belittles a possible client? He told me I was "poor competition." Tried to make me feel like garbage. I said, "sir, you need to chill out," and he replies, "WE don't need to do anything you say." By that time I was laughing, I couldn't believe it. I told him I was recording this conversation and he says, "we're glad we are too," BANG. Hangup. I'm still cracking up at this guy. Maybe he hates his job? humm.

Same guy must have answered when I called

Jansen was referred to them by Apria, because I wanted to find someone who will service an in-home oxygen concentrator

When he learned I hadn't purchased the unit from them, he said, "If you didn't

purchase from us, we're not interested in doing anything for you."

All I wanted was a name of someone who

does service for oxygen concentrators.

This person didn't "crack me up", but I agree, he needs to "chill". Indeed, he was, as you said, RUDE.
