Dell Financial Corporation

I financed a laptop through Dell Financial Corp. From the moment I received the laptop it ran very slowly. I contacted them via phone, fax, email for months telling them that I thought something was wrong with the computer. I even went so far as to purchase an additional anti virus software from them. After months of arguing with Dell they finally sent me a replacement computer however the computer they sent was a refurbished computer which was priced at about $300 less than the one I originally financed. When I contacted Dell Financial to ask them to adjust my account they have repeatedly refused to do so and continue to charge me for a computer I no longer have.
