wrong charges by Airtel

Sir,

I am airtel prepaid customer. I have activated my GPRS services by paying Rs.249 monthly charge, but whenever I brws any site they charge for it which is illigle, making complain to cust_care they only ensure to solve the problem within 24 hours but they have not solved the problem yet.

sir I request u to take some action against them so that they could not cheat the customers anymore. I will be very greatfuul to you.
