Been Five Days without Internet Service and I work frome home

internet Service ATT Richardson, Te 75082 US I work from home and it's been extremely difficult to get ATT out to my house to fix the issue. It's now been 5 days without service. They claim they'll be out here today but because of their slow service I've gotten so far behind with my work and have customers pressing me and I've also lost a lot of money because I can't connect to the internet to complete my work. Five days being down is completely unacceptable. I feel like they should owe me money for the money I've lost because of them.
