Please accept this letter as a formal complaint against Save Your Property LLC (SYP LLP) located at 4407 Austin, Houston, TX 77004.

On January 12, 2007, I invested $4000 in Save Your Property LLC (SYP LLP)I signed a subscription agreement with the President, LaTrice Martin, to earn and receive one-half percent interest monthly in return for my $4000 investment. In February 2007, I received $1000 and in March 2007, I received $750 as agreed. According to financial statements given to me by SYP LLC on July 24, 2007, I was to earn the following:

 January 2007 $0

 February 2007 $1000

 March 2007 $750

 April 2007 $250

 May 2007 $0

 June 2007 $50

Unfortunately, I have not received any additional monies from SYP LLC as promised in the subscription agreement.

In April 2007, I attended a shareholder’s meeting with SYP LLC and we were informed the company would be going through a reorganization/reconstruction. I also attended the shareholder’s meeting that was scheduled in July 2007 in which we were introduced to Angela Jones, CPA of Smith’s Tax & Financial Services, Inc. Her role was to handle the financial information for SYP LLC. With her introduction, I received a letter that stated we (investors/stockholders) would receive monthly updates about the program, in addition to quarterly statements concerning our earnings starting in October 2007. What was even more important is the letter advised my certificate would be extended to June 2008. We were also notified Ramon Harper would be hired as VP of Operations from BMB Consulting in August 2007. Mr. Harper’s role was to review the company’s structure, laws and advertising in an effort to get the company on track.

Later on October 24, 2007, another stockholder’s meeting was held in which I did not attend. In an effort to find out what was discussed in the meeting, I made numerous phone calls with only promises from SYP LLC to call me back. Shortly after, I received a copy of the meeting agenda which is posted marked a day after the meeting was held for October 25, 2007. After speaking to LaTrice Martin finally, I was told another shareholder meeting would be held in April 2008. No meeting, to my knowledge has been held and I have not received any notification from SYP LLC regarding any meetings. In addition, I have not received any tax documents for 2007 for the returns I was paid in February and March 2007.

On June 27, 2008, LaTrice Martin finally called me back and said the checks earned had been mailed certified letter and were returned. After speaking to her and letting her know I received nothing certified from her office, she promised the checks would be re-issued and to give them 10 days. This has not happened and I still have not received any checks in the mail. So to stay on top of the matter and the mail, to avoid the same thing from happening again, I began calling SYP LLC. I received several calls from LaTrice Martin’s office saying not to call the office inquiring about any funds, because that was handled outside of the office. The employee I spoke with stated SYP LLC had no phone number for me to get my questions answered! I can’t call LaTrice Martin about my investment or returns. There is no one else for me to call. I find this very unprofessional, unethical, rude and a total disregard for me as a shareholder. Please help investigate this complaint.

If you need any other information concerning this matter, please feel free to contact me at 713-952-9934.

For your convenience, I have attached a copy of the signed subscription agreement and all correspondence I have received from SYP LLC.

Sincerely,

Doris A. Banks
