Reliance Broadband Connection Slow Speed

we have taken a reliance broadband connection with unlimited plan one month ago.The Bandwidth mentioned in the brochure was 300kbps for this plan.But we are getting a paltry 5kbps to 10kbps download speed and browsing speed is worst than Dial Up connection.Inspite of calling their customer care for more than 30 times we didnt yet got a suitable reply.Although there is strict guidelines from TRAI about the bandwidth advertising, these companies continue to fool their customers. May be People need to think twice before going for Reliance Products.
