PARADISE BOAT RENTALS HAVASU- WATCH OUT

We rented a ski boat for 3 days with a wakeboard. After 2 attempts on the wakeboard the boot ripped and detached from the ski. Paradise charged us $65 for a replacement boot though we barely used it and did not in any way abuse the wakeboard. We paid over $900 for 3 days to rent the boat and they still stuck us with a $65 charge.... Repairing the boot could only have cost $10-$20 at most. They are obviously desperate for $$$. Avoid them or they will nickel and dime you too. There are plenty of other places to rent in Havasu.

Paradise boat rentals? More like Havasu boat rental from hell.

Our family has been to havasu on countless occasions and have always had fun until a recent trip lead us to renting from Paradise boat rental. The service is horrible and the boat was JUNK..to say the least. The boat we rented was damaged and to make matter worst, they tried to blame the damages on us! As for customer service, the people who run the bussiness care more about how much money they will recieve than how happy the customer is. Also the language they use is EXTREMLY BAD! cussing and yelling and customers is completly wrong and this is another reason we will never rent from them.

There are many other choices in lake havasu and unless you like renting crappy boats, spending more money than needed, getting the boat late, and being harrased then I HIGHLY advise you rent from ANY other boating service in the area

You signed a contract stating that you would pay for anything that was returned damaged and we enforced the contract . You said you had a wonderful time with our boat , it was a great vacation and you were out on the Lake wakeboarding sking, enjoying our property and then to act like this over 65 you should be ashamed of yourself . Its people like you that make small business owners not want to offer services so the public can find relaxation and enjoyment away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life . Thats what we do offer enjoyment on the lake and its a gorgeous lake Im sure you have to agree with that and judging from your tan you had a wonderful time with our property!

We rented a Rhino for two days, the wheel fell off during non-abusive riding. All of the lug bolts were loose on all four wheels. They re trying to keep my $1000 deposit and charge me for the rental, they should pay us to tent their piece of junk. The lady even told me her son just put new tires on it, I said he must of not tightented them conpletely. Now they want to take it to the dealer and have it checked out, I can see that they are going to try and charge me for prior damage also. I definately agree with the nickle and diming and hard up for cash. So much for customer service and repeat business. Do not rent from these people....
