I need to post a warning about this company. Please read every post you can find on this company BEFORE giving them any money.

There are several problem, scams and lies that I will point out later but let me start with this:

I you make less than $20K per year (maybe a college student or someone that works part time) you will not qualify for the discounted hotel price at Dayton/New Smyrna Beach. BUT THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THIS UNTIL IT MAY BE TOO LATE FOR YOU. Here is the scenario: They call you and you purchase a "trip" consisting of 3 nights in Orlando and 3 nights in Daytona for $395 (includes discounted tickets to Universal Studios)or $200 (without) and 7 days rental. You go ahead and purchase the vacation and book it for let's say two months away. You go ahead and purchase airline tickets. About two weeks prior to your trip they will contact you to set up your tour and give you last minute instructions. One question they ask at that point is how much money you make. I asked them why they need to know that. They said that they have to verify that you make over $20K per year. I do make over $20K, but asked them why they needed to know. They said that if you make under $20K then you will not qualify for the discounted Universal Tickets AND they said that the 3 nights in Daytona count as a "Bonus" so the 3 nights also fall under the same qualifications and you would not receive the 3 nights there under the price that you have already paid. At no time is this ever mentioned to prior to this point. I asked for them to show me on their websight or in the terms and conditions of their contract where it states this. The directed me to the part of the contract that states, "Discounted attraction tickets are gifts from sponsoring resorts, require completion of a 90 minute presentation of a vacation ownership resort(s) and are subject to separate terms and conditions as they are not a part of this accommodations package" and under the Daytona Section, "This

getaway is subject to the Terms and Conditions previously outlined in the above sections except where noted."

So they said that it is subject to other terms and condition. Well I asked for them to show me documentation of what these "other" terms and conditions were and they could not produce any documentation showing this. So at that point you would have already spent money on the package (which is non-refundable at this point) and airline tickets and not even qualify for half the vacation and attraction tickets. Theoretically, this means that they could say absoluetly anything and tell you it falls under these "other" terms and conditions that are not documented. They could tell you that you have to go ahead and purchase the time share and say that it fell under the "other" terms and conditions if you take the discounted tickets.

Other problems:

-The sales dept will lie without hesitation, tell you anything you want to hear to make the sale. They will send you your paperwork that has in the fine print what the REAL terms and conditions are which are going to be contrary to what the sales dept told you when you purchased. If you don't catch all the lies immediately upon receiving (if they even got the paperwork to you within the cancellation period), then your are stuck even with the lies.

-If you ask for a supervisor, the saleman and customer service reps will generally either refuse to let you talk to one, lie and say they are the supervisor, hang up on you or just put you on hold indefinitely (I once held for over 45 minutes) until you finally hang up.

-Once they get your phone numbers, they will call you every day and often multiple times a day trying to sell additional packages even if you have not yet used the previous one you have purchased. I received easily over 50 calls from them after purchasing my package. I asked them repeatedly to stop calling, each time they would say that they are removing my number from their call list, only to receive another call the next day or even later that day. One salesman told me that the only way he would stop calling me is if I purchased another package from him. That same night I asked to speak to his supervisor and the rep hung up on me. I called back and they just kept hanging up on me. The supervisor whose name is JAMES TONER finally told the salesman to tell me that if I did not stop calling them (to ask them not to call me anymore) than he was going to PRESS CHARGES AGAINST ME!! I of course welcomed them to as I would have loved to hear them try to explain that one.

-Each rep/supervisor you speak to has different information and "rules" than the other. Also, each person will tell you that what they are telling is the correct information (until you speak to the next person who will tell you differently).

-When I purchased my package I told them I would only purchase if I only had to tour one of the facilities. They of course agreed until i had paid them and my refund period had lapsed. They they changed the story and said I had to tour both facilities. I asked them to pull the tape of my purchase as the salesman said it was being recorded, they said that they did not have to pull the tape because if the fine print says any different than what the salesman said, they will only go by the fine print.

-I found out later that you actually only have to go on one tour if you do not want the discounted tickets to Univeral Studio (which I didn't), I asked them to send me this in writing and they refused.

-When I purchased my package I was told I had two years to take the trip. Later I was told that I had to pay extra for this. We finally agreed that they would extend it to 18 months without charge and I would have to pay for an additional 6 months. When I asked for this in writing they refused.

You will never deal with a less professional or less honest organization that this one.

WARNING, WARNING, WARNING: Do not send these people money or let them get a hold of your information.
