I am a builder in Salmon,Id. I bought a set of cabinets from Home Depot.

They gave me a form to send in for a $500.00 store voucher. I sent it

in. I got a letter and e-mails saying I did not give enough information

about the cabinet purchase and had 30 days to fix it. I went to the

Idaho Falls store where I bought the cabinets. Nobody really knew what

to send in. I sent back every bit of information I had. List of the

cabinets, copy of credit card reciept. It was all sent in 13 days after

the 30 day final notice. 10 days later, still inside the 30 days ,I

recieved a letter I did not get my paperwork in in time for the rebate.

I feel this is a farse. I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars at

home depot and I want everyone to know what they did.
