hertz car rental/dublin

have complained about the ignorant person who recieved my car on my return, i am disabled am the person concerned was rude, demanded "KEYS" then hustled me off to the waiting bus, i didn't get the chance to check the car, in case i left anything, well i did, a camera, and a pair of reading glasses. I contacted hertz ireland, to get transfered around, spoke to a very nice young woman, who said" will check and send a email today" so far hertz have not thought it neccessary to contact me, customersevices AT hertz.ie does not function. postmaster returned,
