Philips betrays customers

I bought a Philips pure water care at Chennai 6 months ago. It is working well, but to replace a filter i need to travel 12 kilometers. The product is available at a very near store. There are also a lot of dealers nearby. This time when I had to get a new filter I was given a tampered box, when i asked another piece they said that is what they have.

I called up the customer care they promised to call me but never called me. Not once the whole week am calling them. At last one person told me it is not available all over the country, and promised to call me back. She never did nor my complaint has been registered. Even though we have a pure water care machine we are drinking filthy tap water. What surety we have after the product is purchased.
