FW: Car Repair Complaint (RO #62863) Addie/Walter, Please arrange the schedule to fix the door handle problem which is part of your services that you collected amounting to $1,000 personal check no.1473 dated 7/08/08 as payment to Pride Auto Body and only $116.79 paid by the AIG insurance. Upon payment to your office, walter noted to the receipt, requesting me to comeback in order to finish the door handle problem for few days since you still waiting for the parts. You call the following days to repair the door handle since you received the parts and fixed but still the problem is there in the following day. This is a dispute since you stated that this is not a part of your services. Therefore:To avoid further complaint to the bureau and post my complaints for public view, you are kindly requested to arrange to complete the repair asap. Thank you.
