Dear dell,

The problem I am having is that I believed in your company. I bought the deal of the week which was a DIMENSION 3000 DESKTOP ($699) with a Intel Pentium 4 Processor which you all advertised in the paper, I still have it, but I received a DIMENSION 3000 DESKTOP with a Intel Celeron Processor and on the same page you advertised a DIMENSION 2400 DESKTOP ($299) with a Intel Celeron Processor but about $400 less. So I received a computer with the case of the DIMENSION 3000 DESKTOP but the inside is the DIMENSION 2400 DESKTOP. It took me this long to figure why this computer could not run Pentium 4 game, because someone who knows about computer told me tonight. I wonder how many people you rip off by this. I did call Tech Support (case #615672633) and I hope your company will do the right thing to correct this and in a timely matter. I am just writing you because I feel like I am going to get the run around and you might care what people said about your company. My order number is 460721881. I did have Dell stock.

Now I am on the customer service line 1 hour how, oh but wait they have my money already.
