Bad Service

A few years ago I took my 95 Lumina in many times because of over heating. They kept saying there was nothing wrong with it. So I finally just kept driving it even though it said it was hot because Chevy service couldn't be wrong. Of course, the engine sustained severe damage. They fixed OK but could have avoided numerous trips by doing it right the first time. Now the turn signals don't latch. They replaced it once a few years ago but since it's been a year, want to charge me full price again which means they must not have used a new part. Or maybe the parts used aren't as good as from the factory. Between these types of experiences and the less than friendly telephone demeanor I've had during the 13 years I've had the car. I'll never by a Chevrolet again and if I did, not from Reliable because it is totally unreliable!
