Alienware will not replace defective PC

I have recieved a defective PC from alienware which has had to be returned twice for repair and now is pending a third repair. They simply refuse to replace the system despite a 2 year warantee, and the repair contractor will not give me a person to contact with more authority within the company to resolve this issue.
