Yahoo's awful home pages!

I use a Yahoo! home page on my web browser and every 2 weeks I have to re-sign in. The worst of it is that signing in often DOES NOT WORK. I'm told that my home page is not available to me. Very interesting, since I have much personal info there!

Even worse is their set-up for contacting them via email. They make you run through categories to reach a blank type-able page, and none of the categories fit your problem so you really cannot contact them. One "wrong" entry and your progress stops. Pretty clever, eh?
