I purchased a Nokia N-73 music edition from Subhiksha(Behra Enclave) on the 12th June evening 7pm.

The phone had starting up problem and I took it to the shop on the 13th.

Being saturday and that too afternoon, I was advised to come on Monday as the Nokia's centre is closed on Sunday.

I got it repaired on Monday, but mailed a letter to Nokia regarding the problem.

Now again the phone is not starting (10th july). "Phone set-up failed contact the retailer" is coming on the screen.

Subhiksha(9212542108) says its liability ends the moment the phone is sold and its upto Nokia to take care(SIC ATTITUDE).Now he doesn't picks up the phone and hungs up on hearing my voice when called from a different number

Nokia's Mr Pramod. Kumar(the E-mail id he gave is wrong) advices me to take it again to the centre and get it checked and repaired,I want a written gaurantee that the phone will have no further problems. He doesn't likes to replying

Secondly why should I take a days leave again and visit the service centre,I lose my salary(Wish I was employed by Nokia where the customer care people draw salary for not attending to customers). I paid for a new phone not a defective/repaired one.

I was very happy using a Sony Erricson phone and wished I upgraded to the same brand and not Nokia.

Nokia and its retailer's attitude is pathetic.

PPEOPLE AT SUBHIKSHA/NOKIA THINK THEY ARE SELLING "COCAINE" AND THE CUSTOMER IS AN ADDICT. I WANT A REPLACEMENT

in this customer is right and nokia should replace it.
